Your ORDER will be accepted TILL June 30^th, 2011 only and must fix following data:

Number of Persons, Number of Double or Single rooms,

Date of Arrival (hotel Check IN)

Date of Departure (hotel Check OUT)

Organizers reserved approx. 50-75 rooms in each hotel.

Above mentioned prices are for about 10 % lower than regular hotel prices.

Booking methods

Orders can be placed to the following e-mail: vacek@cvf.cz.

After receiving an order the applicant will be sent by the invoice for advance payment of a 50 % of a price. After receiving advance payment the applicant will receive voucher to present at the hotel’s reception desk.

Booking can be placed also directly to any of above hotels with the reference „Euro Volley 2011“.

As mentioned above the organizers can guarantee above prices till June 30^th, 2011 only. After this date we can guarantee neither the reservation nor our special prices.

After June 30^th, 2011 the reservation requests will be ensured by AD HOC system with hotels only.
